My stair program is not working

Okey so the problem is the following: I can only use the stair program on one side, if i go to the other side it will just place em incorrectly. Here's a pic to show my point: http://prntscr.com/e1b6v

Everything from the second up onwards appears to be redundant.
Try removing those lines and rerunning the program.

PS- I recommend pastebin for uploading code
