Can't Save Programs

Well I have installed the mod correctly and when ever i have finished righting the script for my program and press Ctrtl and press enter to save it say " Acess Denied " I have un-installed the mod several times but can not work out what the problem is.

Please help

Where are you saving it?
The only "read only" files are the ones in the rom folder, so if you are trying to save it there that's the problem.
