Well, it's rather odd. Any turtle wont boot near my home but anywhere else on a map it will….. Any ideas? Anything that could cause turtles not to boot?
Google tells me nothing! lol

perhaps there is too much going on there, if your CPU is too busy it does not load

Computers still load, and I only have 2 computers switched on…. could redstone stop it? Though, I find all players can't use turtles there. But can anywhere else too, it's weird.
I have a redstone lamp sequence thing (Its tekkit) that uses bundled cables soooo…. hmmmmm :/
It's always been doing it, I shall try shutting down the lights…

Yes, this is multiplayer. And my Co-ords are:
x = -2000
z = 33000
y = 66

Is it on CC 1.3?
There's a bug (fixed in 1.4) that makes turtles not work in coordinates outside -32768 and 32767. Yours is at z = 33000, so it won't work.

Awwww, I'm on recommended tekkit, so its 1.3… That explains it. Thank You All. Why did I have to just build everything 1k to far over lol!
