i was just wondering if i could run a startup program on a turtle if the programs is located in a disk drive next to it.
i know how to make a startup program that will access the disk drive but i want newly crafted turtles to access it

if you name a file startup on the disk (so edit 'disk/startup') then it will run that file, it even overrides the existing startup file if there is one

haha, it has already been done, I did it myself not too long ago, the main problem being that turtles are expensive - especially the mining ones. mine is here and the other is posted here as well (it even has videos, they are in Dan200's favourite list as well, take a look)
