Why can't my turtle move besides digging and turning? I put in a one line command of turtle.forward() and it says false or something.

Check config and see if fuel is on, if you are in verson 1.4+
if it is on, you can disable it
if it is on, you can disable it

Where do I put the fuel? I was ok with fueling it, but I can't find out how.

put some fuel in it's inventory and then use the refuel program.
