Is there a way to keep a program running when I log off the server?

I Run a few Minecraft servers, and i want to use this as a video board that is in a constant loop. The code is done and works fine, but when I log off and back on, the program has stopped running. Is there a way to force it to keep going even after I leave the server?

Its late but I did try to look for this in other threads but it was limited as you have to use search words 4 characters or better, weird for a site that is driven by a computer language. Makes it hard to search for "For Next" or "Do Loop" .. you get my point :P/>/>

In any event I was unable to discover an answer, so any information would be helpful.

*** I did think to try a "World Anchor" but I have nerfed them in my plugin so it would be a pain just to try it and most likely have it fail.

Thanks in advance!

The only way of doing this is currently to have a chunkloader in the chunks.
