[Question] How do I send msg's in server chat with a pc?

Do you mean the MC chat? The one that players open with T and type?
If it's that one, you can't.
If you want a chat program, take a look at the programs forum, there's some in there.

Hey, on a somewhat related note, MysticT, is there a way to connect to IRC using the HTTP API?
