So basically…im making a server…and it is a amusement park.. and i want to be able to do things like…

*make a network for all the computers to talk (atms, control tower…ect)
*a program that will allow me to control all parts of the park.(minecart pumping from chest to despencer, doors opening and shutting, power turning on and off to powered tracks from rail craft, lights turning on and off…ect…)
*computers that will use key cards to open doors and such,…ect…
*be able to turn on and off power sources, like pumps and stuff like that.
*(IF possible make a program that will auto fill nuke reactors and stuff, like with the bluetricity mod)

This is all in tekkit BTW…so if some one is able to help or even join and see what are needs are, maybe write the programs…if so you can have a spot as admin or mod on sed server….thanks!

P.S IF SOME ONE WOULD BE WILLING TO HELP ME DO THIS THAT WOULD BE GREAT.
P.P.S i am also new to computer craft so im not to advanced in it yet…

You can do this using the rednet api. Just send some lines back and forth, And then use the lines to activate a command/function

I think this is all possible. And I could help you, but I don't like tekkit(By reasons which should not be spoken, don't want any flame wars)

So you've had the latest "big idea", and expect someone else to do all the hard work for you? Everyone has ideas; what makes yours worth other people's time when you haven't spent any of your own on it?

Doing everything for you isn't what we do here. Give it a shot on your own. When you have problems, show us what you've tried, and any errors you received.
If you're not at a stage where you can figure out how to do the things you've mentioned, perhaps you should slow down and learn the basics first.

Yeah… Normally I would be happy to help, but since it seems that you've put literally no effort into the computercraft stuff, I'm not to interested in helping here, especially since I'm not a fan of tekkit

I am on the opposite end of the spectrum when it comes to Tekkit here. I'm probably one of the very few who love Tekkit. (NO FLAME WARS) However, I do agree with them. I believe that if you haven't put forth any effort, you aren't going to learn it. This is the wrong section to post it in. If this is a challenge, or even a call to arms, then post it on the General forums. If you have code, and need help with it, then post here.

well considering i have just started computer craft and i dont know all that much…i was asking for help with it…and if some one could not explain it to me than if they would be able to do it for me….but this was for a server….a public one…so i did not have to to sit and try to figure it out…but ok…
