goto program help

I copied tthis program.

I had to hand type it because i am on a server. I checked multiple times and i cant see any mistakes. It returns no errors, but just simply doesnt move at all. I renamed the program to nuke, and use the command "nuke 160, 103, -196" and it returns no errors it doesnt move at all. it just goes to the next line. i am using computercraft version 1.31 if that changes anything. Please help i really want this program to work.

Do you got a gps tower/satalite setup?

Yes i do have a gps tower set up about 4 blocks away. they work fine and gps locate works fine with them setup on all the turtles and other computers within the range of it.

Do your turtles have fuel?

im notin the version where they need fuel i am in 1.31
