[Question] How to use created programs?

Hi!
Very new to the forums, and I saw some great turtle programs and OSes I'd like to use!
But first, I don't know how to start or even use them! Can you help me and let me know how to start a program like a Portal Destroyer, a OS for regular computers, or something like that?

Generally, the setup process for using code posted here is to copy the code into a file on the computer and run that file. You should probably inquire in the topic for the programs you're interested in if the setup seems to be more complicated than that. If you're on a multiplayer server, the setup can become a little more complex.
