Problem with turtle.up()

I'm using CC 1.42 because I still have the old forge, I went into LUA mode and typed in turtle.up(), it returned "false", when I write it into a program the same happens. Can someone help me with that?

Edit: It seems like the turtles can't move, not even forward, why the hell is that the reason? I also updated on CC 1.43, it still doesn't work.

FUEL

srsly, put a piece of coal in it and type 'refuel'

I feel so stupid right now, I had Fuel on false the whole time and didn't even remember it, sorry.
