How can i use ccSensors & Computercraft to monitor MFSU levels?

Hi, on my singleplayer world I have about 3 MFSU's and I'd like to monitor how much power they have stored on a big monitor in my lab, How can i do this & what code would i need?

I have not used it yet (mainly because I just can't get the damn sensors to work!) but maybe this will help.
