Gateways switching off

Hi,
Im using this on my server, and ive got problem, after some time, the gateways switches off, do you know why?

Computers aren't loaded in inactive chunks; that is probably why.

Ahh.. and is there any way to keep them loaded?

I believe IndustrialCraft has a block with which one can keep chunks loaded.
But there's no such thing possible with CC as of now.

Keeping chunks loading will eat up resources on your server, be careful.
