Error when saving and loading any programs on a specific computer

This problem may end up being a bug or just a stupid mistake made by myself. Okay, so I have been making a new OS on my new advanced computer and wanted to keep my old OS files in different directories. I made several different directories and everything was going well with my new OS. Then, earlier today, I edited my startup file and when I attempted to save it, it paused for a few seconds and then printed 'Error saving to startup' in the menu bar at the bottom. I can't figure out why this has happened. Please help me ! :P/>/>

I am playing on a Minecraft 1.4.2 Server running CC 1.46 on Forge 6.0 or 6.1

[EDIT] Oh, and this only happens on my advanced computer, not on any other advanced or normal computers.

That's the weird thing, I'm almost certain that there is no coding problem at all. My startup program does barely anything. This problem is occurring on multiple programs on this particular computer as well as my startup program. It seems like all of my long programs have been affected but short ones (around 10 lines) are unaffected. I think this might be a bug, but I'm really not sure.

I don't understand how it can get an error when it tries to save the program?

Nevermind I think this must be a serverside bug. Sorry for wasting your time.
