I would be happy to help you :unsure:/>/> but there are 2 problems : I'm french and I am probably as good as you in lua :/

And the much larger problems:
- You have no idea what an OS is if you think you can do it without being good at lua.
- Computercraft DOES NOT NEED any more goddamn "OS"es, the forums are bogged down in them and almost none of them are worth a second thought.

add me on skype theodorgescher and i will be happy to help you design your OS
I currently have about 4 test OS and while I have only just found computercraft and I'm spending a lot of time writing more
I would be very happy to help you design a custom OS for whatever you want, odds are I'll want to make one like it anyway after hearing your idea
my 4 current ones are
Password protect and user list
Cycle through ccSensors from different reactors and proximity sensors
Graphically display my base with forcefields and door highlighted and toggleable
draw a 3D shape layer by later and have a turtle construct it (still rather buggy)

robhol, if we so would have a million os'es on the forums, why would you care? The more the better. And to be fair, a OS can be anything really. It can be anything from a complete rewrite to a texturechange in the shell. And a OS will learn you to do pretty much everything. Afterall, computercraft forums main mission is for ppl to learn coding CC and lua.
