[Question] Non-Client SMP servers

OK so here is my question i have a lot of friends that want to try CC but they all have trouble installing mods so i wanted to know if it was possible to port a version of CC for a SMP server that wouldn't require anyone to have installed CC on there client before they can join

(if this is possible i would then like to try it so if anyone is willing to help it would be much appreciated)

This is impossible for any mod which adds blocks, to my knowledge. Try FTB.

It's impossible for any mod that renders something custom I guess.

Somebody could modify forge to download the mod files from the server and load them. But, they would still have to install that modified version of forge. Thus, it is useless.
