Executing from Disk

Hi
Reader

me and my roomie are both on a tekkit warfare server, and we got to wonder…

Is it possible to execute a program when a disk is inserted into the drive, or when someone tries to access it, entirely from the disk, and without having to manually execute a program, and without a program on the computer that checks and does stuff

Sincerely
Vipirak

EDIT: Startup won't do it, as the computer would be an enemys (Tekkit Warfare, 2 teams, no grief intended), and we can therefor not expect them to reboot it, or start it up to read and/or steal our files

You can boot from a disk if there is a file labelled "startup" ont he disk. That would be the first program that is run upon startup.

yes, but the problem is, that we cannot be sure that the enemy's computer isn't already started up, when these programs have to be copied,

Reboot it after inserting the disk.

Or you can shut the system down and then insert the disk, which is much safer than rebooting it after inserting the disk.
