Hello,
This is my first post. The problem is when I try to place a computer on a server, it disappears. I can't imagine living without ComputerCraft. Any ideas?

Are you trying to place it where the spawn point is? If not then ask the owner if he has disabled ComputerCraft

Yes, 'cause im able to access computercraft but i cant place computers. I plan to make a music studio in minecraft using computercraft

Versions. Minecraft version, CC version, and versions of any other mods on the server.

ComputerCraft: 1.47
No other mods are installed just ComputerCraft.

are you sure the ID's are matching? are you sure the block isn't there, it might just be not rendering?

I'm able to move the computer to the hotbar. I'm a dummy when it comes to id matching. Also, when i'm trying to issue /give command (/give 207) for example, the console says: There's no such item as ID 207.

well then that's your problem. Mathc your id's, there are configs for that.

This isn't a problem on our side for sure, and with your lack of experience and information, there is not much we can do.

Have you put computercraft into serverfolder/mods, or just .minecraft/mods? You need to install computercraft twice, once for the server, once for the client.

[SOLVED] It works now! I just realized that I had the .exe version of the server. I downloaded the .jar version, installed it and BOOM! it works. Everything was fine, installed in both directories.

Interesting, seems kinda odd to me.
@Doyle: I was just making sure he installed it on both the client and the server. Blocks can disappear if the mod is only installed on the client.
