Hello.

I am making a new update(again) for my AdvLock, but i eant the new update, to prevent disk booting, Without editing the bios file, or other files. I find a post by cranium, that said, that there exists php encryption.decryption, that would be able to prevent this.

Does anyone know a tutorial for this, or can help me, then please comment :D/>

thanks in advance

You cannot prevent disk booting without editing the bios.

The only thing you can do without editing the bios is something that eject any disk inserted but you can still shutdown the computer, put the disk and then turn on the computer but it add a bit of extra security.

But. Cranium said, that it could be done with some php encryptions. But then he is wrong?

I never said that you would bypass disk booting. I only said that you could prevent encryption hacking by hosting the encryption.decryption through a third party…
