Visual learning

I just started to get into lua and programming CC becuase i looked at other OSs that people created and i thought it was cool and i have ideas and suce but im always reading and i dont learn as well when i read becuase words usally dont go into detail about what im trying to learn,i was just wandering if anyone has a video based learning of lua and CC programming that i can look at,it is very much appreciated.
