label set not working?

When I set a label on a computer or turtle, edit a file on it, then destroy and remake it, the file is gone.

Is my server set up badly or something? what's going on?

CC 1.3, server is CraftBukkit git-Bukkit-1.1-R4-b1938jnks (MC: 1.1)

Please ask in the MC Port Central Forums if you're using the bukkit version.
This bug is already posted there.
