How to open computercraft folder on a Mac?

First of all, I play computercraft on FTB. And I'm a bit new to coding in general. I wanted to try out a few programs others had written on the turtle OS. But it requires taking a downloaded file and putting it into the computercraft folder. If you have anything you know about how to do that on a Mac, it'd be very much appreciated. Open the folder where you store FTB jar file. open the folder that is the name of the pack you are using ( such as "Direwolf20" or "MindCrack" ) open /minecraft/saves/worldName/computer/computerId thats where it goes….
