Need a tunnel turtle with rails

I need a turtle of me digging a tunnel

3x3 sets and in the middle of train tracks

and every 20 meters enien light stone under a rail sets.

Well' you will need a loop for this and use modulus to do different block every 5. Atleast try and come back with code :)/>
